Berkeley Just Got Hit With A Major Lawsuit Because Of Ann Coulter!

Ann Coulter recently tried to give a speech at the University of California Berkeley and rather than let her speak the university decided to cancel the event.

Remember when Milo Yiannopolous attempted to give a speech and his even was shut down because of violence and riots on campus.

Berkeley is not a campus of free speech and that is exactly why the group Young America’s Foundation (YAF) has filed a lawsuit against Berkeley.

YAF filed the lawsuit earlier today.

On Monday, April 24, 2017, Young America’s Foundation (YAF) fulfilled its promise to file a lawsuit, in federal court, against the University of California, Berkeley for the University’s unconstitutional suppression of free speech on campus. Last week, YAF warned officials at the state university that if administrators did not stop violating the rights of conservative students, then YAF would be left with no choice but to seek legal action in order to restore students’ rights.

Young America’s Foundation, in coordination with the Berkeley College Republicans and BridgeCal, invited 12-time New York Times best seller, Ann Coulter, to speak to students at Berkeley on the topic of immigration. The lecture was planned for April 27, 2017, until the University abruptly cancelled it.

Berkeley has once again restricted the conservative voice on the the campus and showed that they have indeed picked the reckless and ignorant voices of the people that want to silence other people’s opinions.

Thankfully these students have found the courage to face the university that is silencing their political views.

Berkeley’s mayor is also under fire for his membership in the groups that have been organizing these riots.

Berkeley just got served with a dose of justice that it has been bringing on itself for a long time!
